PREPARATION
Allt-A-Bhainne 21 Years Old whiskey has been aged for 21 years in American and Spanish oak barrels before being finished in top quality Sherry casks. Each whiskey is bottled without reduction, coloring or chill filtration. Allt A'Bhainne, Gaelic for Milk Brook, is a single malt Scotch whiskey distillery situated on the banks of the Bhainne Brook, south of Dufftown, in the Speyside region. It was founded in 1975 by Chivas Brothers. Allt-a-Bhainne has modern technology and production efficiency. Distillation is carried out in two alcohol stills of 13,000 liters each and two washing stills of 21,000 liters each.
TASTING
