Akori Cherry Blossom Gin is characterized by being made from a selection of Japanese-inspired botanicals, cereal alcohol mostly based on rice, juniper, kumquat, dragon fruit and ginger. The main ingredient is cherry blossom, the symbolic Japanese flower (hence its name). The freshness of juniper, the delicate notes of dragon fruit, the citrus nuances of kumquat and the light spicy flavor of ginger marry perfectly with the subtle notes of cherry blossom. This balanced citrus and floral combination gives it very fresh nuances that evolve into a soft and silky finish in the mouth.
