Winemaking
Cristal Aguardiente is made with water from exceptionally pure springs high in the mountains, where 68 springs of pure, treated, and microfiltered water emerge. This is one of the distinguishing factors of this anise-flavored spirit. The result is a blend of fine, natural essential oils of anise and fennel.
Tasting notes

Nose: Soft and light.
Palate: Flavors of licorice and anise.
