PREPARATION
Absolut Vanilia vodka is made with water from a deep well located in the city of Åhus which, due to its depth, is protected from impurities; distilled from winter wheat and natural aroma. Winter wheat is distinguished from other crops in that it is planted in the fall and harvested the following fall, meanwhile it grows under the Swedish snow, which develops a hard grain. To ensure a superior quality product, it is made using a continuous distillation process designed by Lars Olsson Smith. Flavored versions, like this one, are achieved using only 100% natural ingredients and without adding sugar.
TASTING
View: Crystalline.
Nose: Sweet vanilla aroma.
Mouth: It's rich and complex, like an intense Madagascar Bourbon vanilla with notes of toffee and caramel.
