Description
Winemaking
Absolut Mandarin vodka is made with water from a deep well in the town of Åhus, which, due to its depth, is protected from impurities. It is distilled from winter wheat and flavored naturally with no added sugar. Winter wheat is distinguished from other crops by being sown in the autumn and harvested the following autumn, growing under the Swedish snow, which develops a hard grain. To ensure a superior product, it is made using a continuous distillation process designed by Lars Olsson Smith. While mandarin and orange are the primary aromas, the scent of other citrus fruits has been incorporated to give Absolut Mandarin its perfect character.

It tastes like tangerines with hints of oranges. It's intense and sweet. Very appealing.
