PREPARATION
Grapes: Trepast, Garrut, Garnacha and Ull de Llebre. Abadía de Poblet Tinto pursues three objectives: freshness, fruit and personality of the place of origin. For the Abadía de Poblet winery, it represents a clear example of what a Conca de Barberà wine is. We can find the expression of these varieties that locates the wine in its place of origin. The very respectful aging takes place in 4000 liter foudres and in cement tanks for a year. We find a wine markedly from Conca, with the typical nuances of white pepper so linked to Trepat, accompanied by Garrut that covers the backbone of the wine, Grenache that surrounds it with sweetness and Tempranillo that rounds out the wine in its complete assembly.
TASTING
View:
A fresh, fruity but dry and serious wine.
Nose:
On the nose, aromas of red fruit stand out with a touch of white pepper.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is fresh, dry and light. Structured, long and persistent.
