Aalborg Jubilaeums Akvavit is a luxury golden aquavit, which was released on the market in 1946 as a festive celebration of the centenary of the launch of Aalborg Taffel Akvavit, hence its name. It pairs perfectly with fish and pork and goes well with curried dishes and Asian food.

Description
PREPARATION
Aalborg Jubilaeums Akvavit is made from the distillation of dill and coriander seeds and rounded with American white extract. Unlike most other aquavits, it does not contain cumin seeds.
TASTING
View: Golden color.
Nose: Notes of star anise, citrus and caramel.
Mouth: Elegant and balanced flavor with dill and coriander as pillars, but with fine contributions of star anise, citrus and some touches of caramel.
Recommended temperature: 7-21º C.
