Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Syrah.
The A Maru 2018 wine is made from selected grapes from the A maru de Gasconne estate, located between natural parks, in a bright Mediterranean valley. A manual harvest is carried out in small 20kg boxes. It has an alcoholic fermentation with whole grains, very slow and with controlled temperature and a long maceration of about 21 days. The pressing is light and it is aged for 18 months in barrels.
