PREPARATION
Ron 7 villas, the product of Spirits & Plus, defined within the category of extra rums, has as a design characteristic that its formulation includes spirits aged for more than 4 years, a combination of base rums aged for at least 7 and 10 years, and other exclusivities from its winery that accentuate distinctive notes. The use of small quantities of these exclusive, very aged products is only justified in high-quality products such as this 7 Villas rum.
TASTING
View: Dark amber color, with brilliants, cleanliness and total transparency. The glass shows mahogany and old gold trim. Nuance and tonality typical of the evolution and concentration of tannins and those transformed when oxidized.
Nose: With a soft and balanced peculiar smell, they allow you to perceive a set of primary and secondary aromas. The primary ones are like a set of fruity aromas, with hints of notes of vanilla, coconut, dried grapes and prunes. The secondary notes are reminiscent of oak wood transformed in its contact with the oxygen of the Caribbean climate, notes of dried fruits, walnuts and almonds.
Mouth: Fine, elegant, balsamic, slightly perceptible sweetness integrated within a combination of well-transformed oak wood flavors, with tones of dried fruits and sweet dehydrated grapes.
