PREPARATION
The preparation of 69 Brosses Gin Classica pays a small tribute to the alcoholic beverage par excellence, which century after century has been made from ingredients as natural as itself, the origin of alcohol is barley. It is obtained by triple distillation with a copper still and triple filtration. The botanicals used have aphrodisiac and medicinal properties: Juniper (Juniperus communis), cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), sweet clove (Syzygium aromaticum) and angelica (Angelica archangelica). The final product is dry, smooth and slightly sweet on the palate with a floral and juniper aroma.
