200 Monges Reserva 2013 is a classic reserve wine. A red Rioja wine made from a mixture of three types of grapes from old vineyards: Tempranillo, Graciano and Garnacha. 200 Monges Reserva was the first wine that Bodegas Vinícola Real marketed. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Garnacha.
To make the wine 200 Monges Reserva 2013, the harvest was carried out manually in 15 kilogram boxes. Afterwards, the grapes were selected on the table and subjected to the processes of mechanical destemming in a stainless steel sieve and gentle crushing. For 10 days the wine fermented in “Allier” wooden vats at a controlled temperature. Aged in new American and French oak barrels for 20 months. Resting for 18 months in the bottle before going on the market.
TASTING

Intense red color.
Nose:
Elegant aromas of red and black fruits with notes of vanilla, coffee and mocha.
Mouth:
Silky, unctuous and balanced. Long finish.
