Description
PREPARATION
1800 Cristalino is made with 100% blue agave and harvested on family ranches. It ages in American and French oak barrels for 16 months, after which the liquid is blended and finished in port wine barrels for a further 6 months. It is then meticulously filtered through a unique process that adds smoothness without sacrificing flavor. The result is a spirit with all the complexity of an aged tequila and the smooth silkiness of a silver.
TASTING
View: Transparent, totally crystalline.
Nose: Aroma of oak and hints of vanilla.
Mouth: Nutty flavor and a touch of citrus. With a Port wine barrel finish, silky and crisp.
