Overview

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within the corresponding processing time.
