Description
PREPARATION
To make the Heredad de Aldor Herbal Liqueur, it is distilled in copper stills following traditional methods. Only recently discovered pomace are used in its production.
TASTING
View:
At sight you can see an attractive greenish-yellow color, clean and bright.
Nose:
The floral and herbaceous notes stand out on the nose, and the aromas of mint, basil, serpol, sage and chamomile.Mouth:
The first impact in the mouth is the flavor of fresh herbs and a long and intense aftertaste of spices and aromatic roots.Recommended temperature: 4-8ºC.
