PREPARATION
Grapes: Grenache, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay
To make Freixenet Ice Rosé two of the most noble red varieties are selected, Grenache and Pinot Noir. The Grenache provides a touch of spice and ripe red fruit while the Pinot Noir enhances the freshness and acidity and increases its berry flavor. The touch of Chardonnay makes the wine more intense and balances the effect of the ice.
TASTING
View: Pink color.
Nose: Intense aroma of forest fruits, raspberries, sloes and strawberries.
Mouth: In the mouth this fruity character dominates but there are also aniseed and spicy notes. It has a fresh, elegant and sweet finish.
