PREPARATION
Carlos I Imperial XO is the result of more than 230 years of tradition and wisdom, created from a long tradition of craft distilling. This brandy is made with an exquisite blend of the best aged brandies from Bodegas Osborne, some of them aged for more than 20 years in oak butts that previously contained our most select Sherry, Oloroso and Amontillado wines. It is aged using the Criaderas and Solera system for 15 years, an artisanal process that combines art and experience, to give it greater depth in flavor and its extraordinary quality and aromatic complexity.

View: Intense mahogany color with very subtle golden reflections.
Nose: Balanced, with good aromatic presence. Present notes of dried fruits, such as walnut, hazelnut or fig, intermingle with aromas of noble woods.
Mouth: On the palate it is silky and complete, with toasted and nutty flavors present. The ending is sophisticated and complex.
