PREPARATION
Ballantine's 17 Years Old whiskey is made from a careful selection of malt and grain whiskeys from all over Scotland.
A distillation of water, barley, cereals and yeast is made in traditional Scottish copper stills. It then matures in oak barrels for a minimum of 17 years.
TASTING
View: Gold color.
Nose: Sweet aromas with notes of vanilla, oak and a smoky sensation.
Mouth: In the mouth it contains a sweetness of honey and vanilla, with hints of licorice and oak with a creamy texture. Long and persistent finish with a soft and spicy sweet character.
