Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 70% Tempranillo, 20% GarnachaTinta, 10% Graciano and Mazuelo. It is made in an artisanal way: grapes selected from the winery's own vineyards, fermentation in wooden vats and a very long aging of 6 years in barrels, subjected to 2 rackings per year. Clarified with fresh egg whites and bottled unfiltered so that it is convenient to keep the bottle standing for 1-2 hours before opening it.
TASTING
View: Bright ruby with light tile trim.
Nose: Very fine and persistent. It offers the typical aromas of classic Rioja, toasted and cocoa, but also ripe fruit, without, however, highlighting any of the varieties with which it is made.
Mouth:
Clearly dry but juicy wine, with refined tannins, appetizing and with an extraordinary freshness, predicting its long life. It is the secret of old woods, very well selected grapes, patience and wisdom.
Recommended temperature: Between 17º and 18ºC.
