This sparkling white wine from the D.O. Rueda is an authentic “champagne” being the perfect companion for any toast and celebration or meal completed by this sparkling brut white. From the Finca de Las Marcas located in Villalba de Adaja. next to the town of Matapozuelos, it has been carefully prepared using the traditional Champenoise method by the Emina Medina Winery. Its elegant and fine bubbles leave a very fresh and pleasant sensation. Emina Brut Nature is a very versatile sparkling wine ideal for cold meats, poultry, seafood or slightly spicy food. Ideal to accompany desserts and confectionery or Christmas sweets, such as nougat and marzipan.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo This wine is made with grapes from Finca de Las Piedras, where the maturity and age of the vineyard already allows for perfect and homogeneous production in poor sandy soils in the vicinity of the Pinares region. The proximity of these pine forests and the sandy soil guarantee the freshness of an exclusive grape. The best Verdejo grape from Emina's own vineyards next to the poor land located at the entrance to the Adaja Valley is presented as the perfect raw material for the creation of this sparkling wine that, after being made, spends at least 12 months in the bottle to achieve perfect quality.
TASTING
View: Straw yellow in color with lemon-green reflections and fine bubbles that form a continuous and dynamic rosary. Once on the surface, a crown persistently forms around the edge of the glass. Nose: The aromas of this wine are reminiscent of tropical fruits, citrus, yeast, with lactic tones accompanied by aromas of fresh pastries. Mouth: Very fresh in the mouth, with a pleasant palate, balanced acidity and no sugar content, but with an extraordinary balance and powerful result.
